Our sales training courses are specifically tailored to the requirement of each individual client and through behavioral changes required for business success, help increase revenue growth and market share. The training will also provide the client with the tools to develop deeper, more meaningful relationships with their current client base, enabling them to leverage off these relationships to win more work as well as protect customers from competitors.
We can provide training at board level, for management teams, sales teams and for numerous individuals within a business/professional practice. This ensures all those who have client/customer contact or have any market facing role, are provided with the necessary skills to win new business through a sustainable succinct approach.
Courses start with a half day programme providing attendees with a basic understanding of the underlying principles of best practice sales methodology. This is often part of, or followed by, subsequent one or two day sales training courses where focus is placed upon all aspects of the sales cycle in much more detail, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding and ability to apply the sales methodology more effectively going forward.

We are able to run our courses either at your premises or at off-site venues. The sales training courses are designed to gain optimum interaction and impact, typically involving between 6 and 12 participants. However, as each client is different and has their own requirements, either smaller or much larger groups can be facilitated.
Follow up sessions and refresher sales training courses are also available, as are workshops for key accounts, one to one mentoring sessions, relationship planning accounts and support/coaching for proposals, pitches and presentations.
